I used a single gunshot sound to make a classic gangster-movie machine gun sound. Can be easily looped.

A mixture of heavy and light bursts of machine gun fire created through compiling, mixing and processing multiple audio files to create the desired result of rapid bursts. Mixdown is in stereo, making use of spatial panning and volume adjustments.

These are a series of gunshots that are supposed to resemble a laser sort of weapon, like an alien weapon. To make this, i used a filter that has a vocoder, polyvox, and talkbox, with distortion added. The initial sound i'm making is a chirping with my mouth and the filter does the rest. I think this works well on its own but it should work well mixed in with another sound effect if you choose to mix it. There is no reverb added or environment effects so its very flexible. I'm an enthusiastic and i created and attempted my first gun's shooting and respective reloading sound. Totally lo-fi, using metallic door bangs and many other rattlings. I boosted some 'ugly' harmonics so you can adapt it as best as your mixes need it. Similarity: i'd say it sound like, known in videogames, a sub-machine gun; a small full-auto gun. Org. I imported that file to my ableton live. I reverse the sample and shorten a little. From the sample window i changed flux and grain values to bring out uneasy tones in front. I did make two other copies of the sample and played them all in same sequence, with slight different transpose values. A very brief combat zone background clip. It was made to be played very low in the background, just to support the foreground action of a short transitional scene. So there is not a lot of in-your-face action. Mostly a rolling rumble to represent distant off screen elements, and mid-distant small arms fire.
